Organizations and individuals with similar visions of community cooperation will be invited to submit their websites, purpose, vision, and mission to me for dialogue and feedback. My mission, vision, and purpose have been updated to reflect this link service. The main premise is non-competition and cooperation. This paradigm of promoting everyone is essential to be part of this network. Abundance rules, scarcity fools!

I also have a manual self-posting FREE links page called “Holistic Community Circle Links” like the Manifesting Community Listings. Links can now be posted manually. You will need to have an operating website to be able to add your link and description to the links page. On the manual links page there will be a copy of my link that I request you add to your links page on your website. This helps by moving all of us up the list in the search engines. This will help to keep the links page up to date as everyone who adds his or her link is responsible to keep it up to date. If something changes you will need to re-submit your link and description and email me to delete your old link and description.

The FREE Manifesting Community Listings are separated by dated, ongoing, and classified listings. Directions are on my website and on this newsletter. This provides more control over where listings should go and allows people to enter listings all the time. You will need to put an end date on the event if it is ongoing or classified and then re-enter the listing when it expires. All listings will be automatically deleted as dates pass by and updated as new dates are added. All events will be in date chronological order.

There will be a featured article every month that will be different from my articles in Yoga Living Magazine. Please offer me feedback and dialogue on any of my articles and Professional Messages! Many of my articles and professional messages are an extension of what is going on with me Manifesting Community in the Philadelphia area. Who Wants To Be A Part Of Personal Growth Alternatives: A Holistic Educational, Spiritual, And Healing Community Center?

We’re looking for like-minded people with open hearts and high vibrational energy who resonate with the purpose and vision statements below! These statements are being revised at the Vision, Mission, and Purpose Committee Meeting September 23, 2007.

PURPOSE/MISSION STATEMENT

To extend Love through the holistic paradigm of mind, body, and spirit. We continuously and endlessly concentrate and focus on healing the whole person, whole organization, whole community, and whole world, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We challenge ourselves and each other to maximize our human and spiritual potential through giving and receiving healthy feedback, coaching, cooperation, nurturance, intimacy, support, forgiveness, and compassion with and between the center’s staff, partners, members, clients, patients, and community.

VISION STATEMENT

We are a holistic educational, spiritual, and healing community center.

We create and hold a safe spiritual and sacred space where intimacy, connection, and re-awakening flourish within the center and community. We provide holistic healing, education, integrated spirituality, and community through a diverse array of classes, programs, support groups, and events. We partner with other centers and organizations in creating a new paradigm web of non-competition and promotion of everyone! We practice, model, and teach this successful abundant financial transformative paradigm with all individuals, cultures, businesses, and organizations worldwide.

We model and promote abundance, prosperity, gratitude, cooperation, peace, collaboration, consensus, inclusion, empowered humility, diversity, social justice, equality, holistic integration, joy, and having fun! We model environmental sustainability through our green building and environmentally conscious decisions. The for-profit part of our center is a cooperative economic partnership with a horizontal organizational structure. The non-profit part of our center provides opportunities for grant funding and other services to offer and extend into the community and financially challenged populations. Everything we do as a center is an extension of Love!

In alignment with the holistic model practiced by our center, we serve the diversity of all of humanity and organizational structures. This includes all profit and non-profit businesses and organizations, cultures, ages, races, genders, lifestyles, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, psychological, mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual/religious or political affiliation. We are all inclusive with respect to whom we serve!

We manifest our vision through extending Love, forgiveness, compassion, and peace while experiencing and respecting the commonality and oneness of all life, energy, and consciousness. The results of our vision manifest through the brightness of everyone’s light and re-experiencing ourselves as the Love we are!

We are moving forward with more structure and energy. This is for practitioners or anybody else interested in potentially becoming a part of Personal Growth Alternatives: A Holistic Educational, Spiritual, And Healing Community Center to be located somewhere in the Philadelphia area in 2008. As I have shared in many newsletters, I am looking for committed healers who share in my vision. My intention is to find a core group of people (3-5), to create and manifest the beginnings of a holistic educational, spiritual, healing community center in the Philadelphia area. Presently, that area is pretty broad. But from an environmental viewpoint it must be located at or near public transportation and not require people to drive a long distance. As more people share their ideas and intentions with me, it will become clearer where to look for space. Much of this year will be fact-finding and mindstorming, with the intent of moving into a space later in 2008. I am welcoming all interested people and practitioners for an open dialogue until a core group organically manifests itself. Commitment of vision, mission, and purpose is of paramount importance. We are not just sharing space and I am not just a landlord renting space out. So this is an intimate process of getting to know one another.

This is a community-oriented project. The core group should be able to work together in healing and educating clients through emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic approaches. We will truly focus on mind, body, and spirit. More specifically I am looking for holistic practitioners in the following categories: chiropractors, psychologists, psychiatrists, naturopaths, psychotherapists, nutritionalists, energy workers, acupuncturists, coaches, addiction counselors, attorneys, CPA’s/financial advisors, grant writers, fund raisers, philanthropists, etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list. All are welcome for consideration.

I am currently thinking of the center being a combination of profit and non-profit. I don’t specifically know what that would look like yet but given our state of economic complexities, having both entities may be the most flexible way to go especially if the non-profit sector happens to be partially or fully grant funded. All options are being left open until more clarity of possibilities are explored. If any of you have experience in the non-profit/profit arena your input would be greatly appreciated.

You do not need to be a practitioner to participate in this process. I need to hear from as many people as possible. All voices are important! Professional Message

This month’s professional message is about patience and trust. These are not attributes that we cultivate very well in our culture. Many times we are taught not to trust and our culture is one that promotes instant gratification. This can be a recipe for stress and anxiety. In my experience I have found that breathing and meditation are two of the most effective ways of being in acceptance of what is and letting go. This lessens stress and anxiety and accesses our intuitive self to help guide us through he ego driven world of form. The bottom line is, when I am breathing and meditating regularly, I practice more patience and trust more.

This brings me to the next crucial aspect about patience and trust, which is manifestation. In order to manifest what we want in our lives we need to be able to manage our emotions. This is easier said than done and I’m by no means suggesting that we repress or suppress our emotions. It is important to feel what we feel and be clear what is the source of our feelings and emotions. However, we need not suffer and hold onto our emotions. This will block the manifestation process and undermine our ability and willingness to experience true patience and trust. It all comes back to trusting the universe will provide exactly what we need if we patiently let go and honor exactly where we are as perfect. All is well! KABOOM!!!! The Paradigm Ego Buster

Forget about holding on to the cookie in the cookie jar and getting our hand out too! It won’t happen. Why, because we have to let go of the cookie in order for our hand to become small enough to fit through the opening. Metaphorically, this is the same with pursuing change in our lives. The new paradigm will support bringing in the change we seek, but does not always support holding on to what we want to keep. It is our attachment to people, places, and things that binds us. Our ego thinks it knows what’s best, but it does not. The good news is that the universe and our higher self does. Trusting the process and having patience can be another matter though, especially when the KABOOM detonates!

You may be asking at this point what the KABOOM is. Let’s just say it is the universe responding to your requested change process, or something new you are committed to bringing into your life. Then the universe obliges us by literally blowing up and shattering parts of our life! This is very similar to the Goddess Kali and the dismemberment and death of the ego, a very fearful and painful process. However, it is also a rebirthing and renewing process. Let me explain. The paradigm that is presently holding our lives together will usually not support the new changes we say we are committed to manifesting into our lives. So one of two things must happen. Either we will not attract the new life we say we want because we are not willing to let go of the old, or, we will attract real change thus demolishing our old life. We can’t have our cake and eat it to. We must clear out the old and make way for the new.

Now this may not be good news for many of you, and I’m right with you! I’ve found out through my experiences in the past year that necessary demolition needs to take place before I can build a new life. Painful lessons are not bad lessons. It is my interpretation or perception that would judge them as bad. Painful yes, bad no. And here is where the stumbling block is for many of us. We give up pursuing our goals and our dreams when the going gets tough. We start losing our patience. We convince ourselves that we need to stop our process because the rest of our life is falling apart. Well, no shit! The life we are presently living is of a lower vibration than the one we desire. So it’s time to get out the jackhammer and explosives. Our vibrational foundation has flaws or weaknesses in it. We need to be aware that many times the pain, sorrow, loss, and grieving are just prerequisites to change that elicits a higher vibration of the good, the beautiful, and the Holy. We just need to trust, practice patience, and know that this too shall pass while remaining committed to what is really important to us, no matter what!

This takes us back to the importance of tuning into our higher self and intuition. For me, at least, it means slowing down, breathing, and meditating regularly. This allows me to listen to the truth in the messages of what is really important to me. When I get clear on that, I can commit to the “no matter what” part of the above sentence! Does the pain subside? No, but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I can accept the lessons as lessons and not be a victim of circumstance and judgment. I can feel the light amid the pain and allow my healing to occur. The healing raises my vibration and secures a new paradigm and spiritual foundation of trust and possibility. Yea, this manifestation stuff really does work. It’s just disguised sometimes as my ego. KABOOM, I really am Christ Shiva Das, Rusty is the illusion.

Peace to you all in your personal paradigm ego busters! Remember, it’s just a necessary temporary KABOOM for your rebirthing process! Think of it as a remodeling of the self.
