Friends, Sisters, and Brothers,

I enjoyed seeing many of you at the Mind Body Spirit Healthy Living Expo last weekend. Thank you for all of you who attended. I had a great turnout for my lecture on Saturday! The other great news is that I am moving my residence and business to Roslyn (Abington), PA. I am targeting the beginning of December to have Personal Growth Alternatives moved in. I am also planning to have another Pot Luck Drumming and Signing Holiday Soiree at the end of December to welcome in my new space for the New Year! There will also be a featured film again to watch and have discussion on again before the festivities begin! Stay tuned… I am also redoing my website into four different domains. There will be RustyStewartPhD.com, PersonalGrowthAlternatives. com, ManifestingCommunityCooperation.com, and QuantumLeapLifeCoaching.com. I will explain in more detail during my next newsletter what each domain will highlight. I am excited to launch my new life coaching practice called Quantum Leap Life Coaching as of the first of the year. This will be a very different service than the psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and energy work that I do. Once again stay tuned…

I have a new FREE section called “Manifesting Community Cooperation Network” on the home page. This is a different type of link service. Organizations and individuals with similar visions of community cooperation will be invited to submit their websites, purpose, vision, and mission to me for dialogue and feedback. My mission, vision, and purpose have been updated to reflect this link service. The main premise is non-competition and cooperation. This paradigm of promoting everyone is essential to be part of this network. Abundance rules, scarcity fools!

I also have a manual self-posting FREE links page called “Holistic Community Circle Links” like the Manifesting Community Listings. Links can now be posted manually. You will need to have an operating website to be able to add your link and description to the links page. On the manual links page there will be a copy of my link that I request you add to your links page on your website. This helps by moving all of us up the list in the search engines. This will help to keep the links page up to date as everyone who adds his or her link is responsible to keep it up to date. If something changes you will need to re-submit your link and description and email me to delete your old link and description.

The FREE Manifesting Community Listings are separated by dated, ongoing, and classified listings. Directions are on my website and on this newsletter. This provides more control over where listings should go and allows people to enter listings all the time. You will need to put an end date on the event if it is ongoing or classified and then re-enter the listing when it expires. All listings will be automatically deleted as dates pass by and updated as new dates are added. All events will be in date chronological order.

There will be a featured article every month that will be different from my articles in Yoga Living Magazine. Please offer me feedback and dialogue on any of my articles and Professional Messages! Many of my articles and professional messages are an extension of what is going on with me Manifesting Community in the Philadelphia area. I’m asking for support, help, and community mindstorming to make that happen! All of my articles and newsletters can be accessed on the archived article and archived newsletter lists on my website. We can manifest community together!! We can experience community like they do in certain parts of the western US right here!! All it takes is vision, participation, persistence, and commitment!! Mission/Purpose

Everything we do as a Center is an extension of Love! We are a diverse group of professionals providing a variety of educational, spiritual, and healing modalities and services to the community. We are inclusive of many various occupations that embrace our vision, mission, and values. We are a multifaceted community events facility providing what is wanted and needed by continuously monitoring the needs of our community and our world! We are an inclusive peace center. We are standing tall for our success in attracting, gathering, and harmonizing all diverse communities to our center for collaboration during this critical time as a species as we come to a crucial crossroads of choosing between Spirit (peace) or material (destruction).

We model environmental sustainability through our green building and environmentally conscious decisions. The for-profit arm of our center is a cooperative economic partnership with a horizontal organizational structure. This manifests as different types of memberships and ownership shares. The non-profit arm of our center provides opportunities for grant funding that offer services to address financially challenged populations and further extend services into the needs of the community. The combination for-profit/non-profit provides a win-win scenario for all members, practitioners, businesses, organizations, people, groups, and communities.

We model healthy communication and conflict resolution through our staff, volunteers, partnerships, participants, and community interactions. We take responsibility for creating and manifesting our moment by moment experiences as lessons we attract and continuously do our personal and group work in letting go of any and all of our projections and history that is other than Love.

We are moving forward with more structure and energy. This is for practitioners or anybody else interested in potentially becoming a part of Personal Growth Alternatives: A Holistic Educational, Spiritual, And Healing Community Center to be located somewhere in the Philadelphia area in 2008. As I have shared in many newsletters, I am looking for committed change agents who share in my vision. My intention is to find a core group of people (3-5), to create and manifest the beginnings of a holistic educational, spiritual, healing community center in the Philadelphia area. Presently, that area is pretty broad. But from an environmental viewpoint it must be located at or near public transportation and not require people to drive a long distance. As more people share their ideas and intentions with me, it will become clearer where to look for space. Much of this year will be fact-finding and mindstorming, with the intent of moving into a space later in 2008. I am welcoming all interested people and practitioners for an open dialogue until a core group organically manifests itself. Commitment of vision, mission, and purpose is of paramount importance. We are not just sharing space and I am not just a landlord renting space out. So this is an intimate process of getting to know one another.

This is a community-oriented project. The core group should be able to work together in healing and educating clients through emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic approaches. We will truly focus on mind, body, and spirit. More specifically I am looking for holistic practitioners in the following categories: community leaders, educators, chiropractors, psychologists, psychiatrists, naturopaths, psychotherapists, nutritionalists, energy workers, acupuncturists, coaches, addiction counselors, attorneys, CPA’s/financial advisors, grant writers, fund raisers, philanthropists, etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list. All are welcome for consideration.

I am currently thinking of the center being a combination of profit and non-profit. I don’t specifically know what that would look like yet but given our state of economic complexities, having both entities may be the most flexible way to go especially if the non-profit sector happens to be partially or fully grant funded. All options are being left open until more clarity of possibilities are explored. If any of you have experience in the non-profit/profit arena your input would be greatly appreciated.

You do not need to have an interest in being directly involved in the center to participate in this process. I need to hear from as many people as possible. All voices are important! I’m A Love Gratitude Magnet!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Let’s celebrate our connection with all our family and friends. Why not make a habit of doing this all year long and not just on the holidays? Let’s extend our Love in ways that are authentic and genuine. It’s all about becoming a Love gratitude magnet, simple yet profound! Warning! This will require a good dose of vulnerability! However, it will catapult us into the experience of how giving and receiving are the same thing! A valuable lesson, don’t you think?

When we get that giving and receiving are identical, life is simplified. Now keep in mind I did not say easy, I said simplified. This choice between oneness and separation will require diligence and vigilance. In essence whatever we choose will be mirrored back to us since we are all one whether we like it or not. We can resist truth all we want but ultimately what we project or give to someone will be reflected back at us as we attract the vibration of the very thing we gave right back at us. When we give something other than Love to someone or something I call it “projection masturbation.” Whatever we project we are actively doing to ourselves. Separation is believing that we can give and receive differently since we are all unique and different. This is an illusion so get over it, you are not special! Extending Love equals receiving Love. It’s that simple.

Many of you might be saying at this point that your experience of extending Love is not the same as mine. That may be true of the conditional special love of form, but not the unconditional universal Love of Spirit. True Love has no opposite, it is all encompassing, and it is oneness! Once again, simple but not necessarily easy.

The Divine energy of Spirit represents the collective experience of Love. Gratitude and Love is the magnet that attracts abundance into all areas of our lives as the Goddesses and Gods incarnate that we are. The power of Love is attracted to us by realizing the Love that we are and extending Love outward to everyone and everything. This is the true Love gratitude magnet! It always works, for in the Spirit realm of singularity, duality does not exist, thus there is only Love because there are no opposites in singularity. The essence of Love reminds us of the oneness that we all are. When we tap into our true selves, we are the universal experience of Love. When we are tuned into the frequency of Love anything is possible upon the stage of life.

So why not be a Love gratitude magnet and party down this Thanksgiving! It’s time to have fun and let everyone in on the REAL secret! How do I do that you might ask? By extending Love to everyone and everything, including yourself! It’s REALLY that simple, honest! Let your loved ones and friends how important they are to you. Tell them you Love them and are grateful that they are in your lives. Be vulnerable from a place of authenticity, power and invulnerability. The paradox of truth is this: our vulnerability is our human intimacy connection carburetor that leads us back to the invulnerable Love that we all are. Have a Grateful Happy and Abundant Thanksgiving All Years Long!

Professional Message

This is a time to remember family and friends and give thanks to the blessings we do have. Thanksgiving is a perfect time to make gratitude lists. It is through our energy of gratitude that we attract more abundance into our lives. To do this focus upon what you do have. Think about and write down everything that you are thankful for. It may be your health, the food you get to eat everyday, or people who care for you. Keep writing until your hand gets tired. Then read over your list and allow yourself to feel how fortunate you really are. Really feel the feeling in its entirety. Then take this feeling out into the world and extend your Love while feeling the full expression of your gratitude. You nay be surprised what you attract into your life when you practice this everyday before starting your day!
