Great news! I am moving my residence and business to Roslyn (Abington), PA. I am targeting the end of December to have Personal Growth Alternatives moved in. I am also planning to have another Pot Luck Drumming and Signing Holiday Soiree Saturday December 29th 6:30pm-? to welcome in my new space for the New Year! There will also be a Mark Group before the party from 3-6pm which is a led group in structured communication exercises to promote intimacy and connection in a game type format. Stay tuned… I am also redoing my website into four different domains. My mission, vision, and purpose have been updated to reflect this link service. The main premise is non-competition and cooperation. This paradigm of promoting everyone is essential to be part of this network. Abundance rules, scarcity fools!

The FREE Manifesting Community Listings are separated by dated, ongoing, and classified listings. Directions are on my website and on this newsletter. This provides more control over where listings should go and allows people to enter listings all the time. Mission/Purpose
Everything we do as a Center is an extension of Love! We are a diverse group of professionals providing a variety of educational, spiritual, and healing modalities and services to the community. We are inclusive of many various occupations that embrace our vision, mission, and values. We are a multifaceted community events facility providing what is wanted and needed by continuously monitoring the needs of our community and our world! We are an inclusive peace center. We are standing tall for our success in attracting, gathering, and harmonizing all diverse communities to our center for collaboration during this critical time as a species as we come to a crucial crossroads of choosing between Spirit (peace) or material (destruction).
We model environmental sustainability through our green building (carbon neutral) and environmentally conscious decisions. The for-profit arm of our center is a cooperative economic partnership with a horizontal organizational structure. This manifests as different types of memberships and ownership shares. The non-profit arm of our center provides opportunities for grant funding that offer services to address financially challenged populations and further extend services into the needs of the community. The combination for-profit/non-profit provides a win-win scenario for all members, practitioners, businesses, organizations, people, groups, and communities.
We model healthy communication and conflict resolution through our staff, volunteers, partnerships, participants, and community interactions. We take responsibility for creating and manifesting our moment by moment experiences as lessons we attract and continuously do our personal and group work in letting go of any and all of our projections and history that is other than Love.

As I have shared in many newsletters, I am looking for committed change agents who share in my vision. My intention is to find a core group of people (3-5), to create and manifest the beginnings of a holistic educational, spiritual, healing community center in the Philadelphia area. Presently, that area is pretty broad. But from an environmental viewpoint it must be located at or near public transportation and not require people to drive a long distance. As more people share their ideas and intentions with me, it will become clearer where to look for space. Much of this year will be fact-finding and mindstorming, with the intent of moving into a space later in 2008. I am welcoming all interested people and practitioners for an open dialogue until a core group organically manifests itself. Commitment of vision, mission, and purpose is of paramount importance. We are not just sharing space and I am not just a landlord renting space out. So this is an intimate process of getting to know one another.
This is a community-oriented project. The core group should be able to work together in healing and educating clients through emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic approaches. We will truly focus on mind, body, and spirit. More specifically I am looking for holistic practitioners in the following categories: community leaders, educators, chiropractors, psychologists, psychiatrists, naturopaths, psychotherapists, nutritionalists, energy workers, acupuncturists, coaches, addiction counselors, attorneys, CPA's/financial advisors, grant writers, fund raisers, philanthropists, etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list. All are welcome for consideration.
I am currently thinking of the center being a combination of profit and non-profit. I don't specifically know what that would look like yet but given our state of economic complexities, having both entities may be the most flexible way to go especially if the non-profit sector happens to be partially or fully grant funded. All options are being left open until more clarity of possibilities are explored. If any of you have experience in the non-profit/profit arena your input would be greatly appreciated.

You do not need to have an interest in being directly involved in the center to participate in this process. I need to hear from as many people as possible. All voices are important! What Vibrational Level Do You Want To Calibrate At?
The Great Masters of our earth history Buddha, Jesus, and Krishna all vibrated and calibrated at 1000. That is the highest level that can be attained as a human being! The average calibration on planet earth among our fellow brothers and sisters is 204. Now that is a far cry from 1000. Eighty Five Percent of humans calibrate below 200. The remaining 25% of us pull that average up over 200. Below 200 is of force and destruction and above 200 is of power and growth. Which side do you want to be on in your life? What is your vibration? What do you want to calibrate at? More importantly, what are you willing to commit to, to raise your vibration and contribute to a higher and more loving consciousness level? What legacy do you want to leave behind? What is you higher purpose in being here? Deep questions require conscious answers. Let's get started!
The material presented here is from a phenomenal book on kinesiology called "Power vs Force" by David R. Hawkins, M.D. The information that he writes about has transformed my attitude and life. It has enormous practical applications in all areas of our lives. Perhaps David summarizes it best with the following blunt but so brutally honest statement. "THOUSANDS OF CALCULATIONS and innumerable calibrations drawn from kinesiologic testing of individuals and from historical analysis indicate that the average advance in level of consciousness throughout the global population is little more than five points during a lifetime. Apparently, from untold millions of individual experiences in one's life, usually only a few lessons are ever learned. The attainment of wisdom is slow and painful, and few are willing to relinquish familiar, even if inaccurate, views; resistance to change or growth is considerable. It would seem that most people are willing to die rather than alter those beli ef systems which confine them to lower levels of consciousness" (Hawkins, 1995).
Wow, sad but in my experience, true!
This book is on James Ray's required reading list as a prerequisite for his Quantum Leap weekend workshop. Between the weekend and this book I have had enormous results in my life. Fear has significantly decreased, attachments to unhealthy behaviors have in some instances ceased. I am healing and vibrating higher. I am letting go and "all out" going for it! Of course I am incorporating all this wonderful wisdom into both my coaching and psychotherapy practices to ignite a quantum leap in personal growth. I can calibrate anyone and anything, and so can you with enough practice and reading his book.
So what do the different numbers mean? Here is a summary of the different calibrations from the Map Of Consciousness on pages 52 and 53. Starting at the bottom 20 is shame, 30 is guilt, 50 id apathy, 75 is grief, 100 is fear, 125 is desire, 150 is anger, 175 is pride, 200 is courage, 250 is neutrality, 310 is willingness, 350 is acceptance, 400 is reason, 500 is love, 540 is joy, 600 is peace, and 700-1000 is enlightenment (Hawkins, 1995). This is a little taste of these levels. Nothing is absolute. We can go in and out of these but we spend the majority of our time and energy in one of these areas until we jump to another level. Raising our calibration takes work. It takes vigilance, discipline, and commitment to our processes and ourselves. Above all it takes trust, trusting the process, trusting and loving ourselves, and learning to put ourselves first.
Power is not for everybody. Force is the easier option. Force is taking a position. Force is couched in blame, violence, and is outward focused. Power, on the other hand, is taking a stand. Power takes true commitment, is non-violent, is about self-responsibility, and it is inward directed. When we get to a place of power we are not afraid of death because we get that death is not real. This is the place that all great teachers, masters, and change agents have ascended to. When we no longer fear death all there is is the passion of living life "full on" as James Ray would say! Nothing, but nothing can stop us. The seeds have been planted, watered, and fertilized. All that's left is growth. We are either growing or we're dying. There is no in between. Which side do you want to be on in your life? What do you want to calibrate at? What legacy do you want to leave behind? What is your higher purpose in being here? Are you ready to birth conscious answers? Get started reading "Po wer vs Force." Reclaim and own your power and raise your consciousness to love, joy, peace, and enlightenment. The time is NOW!

As we enter the holiday season from Thanksgiving to Hanukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Years Eve, and New Years Day, please remember to keep your heart open and live and be the principles of the teachings of the great masters. It is important to extend our Love all yearlong and not just during the holidays. Do not turn your power over to the hustle and bustle of the holidays and let stress rob you of your joy and peace. Continue to let your light shine brightly and be the Christ Consciousness that Jeshua Ben Joseph teaches us to experience.
If you are going to exchange gifts this year think mindfully about what you are going to give. Perhaps giving educational green gifts to help the environment would be a wise choice. We could even be giving to a good humanitarian cause as a gift for someone. There is no doubt about it, we need to stop consuming for the sake of consuming and then throwing away. The time has come to be responsible stewards of our Mother Earth and our children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and seven generations down the line as the Native Americans practice. It's time to wake up and get our collective heads out of the sand. Time is running out. NOW is the time to give the gift of life and sustainability! Have a great Holiday Season!!!
