Refund Policy

Products:

Guaranteed unconditional refund for defective merchandise.

Workshops & Certifications:

Full refund one week (7 days) prior to event. No refunds thereafter except for catastrophic circumstances. However, you may transfer the cost of the workshop or certification to another workshop or certification up to one year after the original paid event.

Private Integrated Psychotherapy, Energy Balancing Healing Sessions, & Other Private Sessions:

All private sessions require 48 hours cancellation notice. The full fee will be charged without this 48-hour notice. No refunds or waiving of fees except for catastrophic circumstances. All sessions are non-refundable.
