Holistic Integrative Breathing:
The purpose of this type of breathing is to heal, balance, clear, and not to bring up past trauma. You will learn how to continuously breathe from your belly and move your energy through your body. Aromatherapy and positive affirmations will accompany this breathing process. Ideally, when our bottom three energy centers are clear and balanced and our top three energy centers are clear and balanced, we live in joy from the heart through unconditional love. You can truly integrate alternative healing methods with the traditional and create your own personalized holistic practice to empower and heal yourself!

Holistic Integrative Breathing Practitioners Training Level I
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 20, 21, & 22, 2008, 9:30am-5:30pm, $300. Learn, experience, and be certified in all 8 of the Transfomational Breaths, the Primal Drumming Breath, an Inca Breath Meditation, a Twin Heart Meditation, and a Chi Gong Standing Breath Meditation. Affirmations, aromatherapy, chakra work, and energy clearing will be taught to complement the breathing process and create sacred space for healing. This can be integrated into individual practices or groups and workshops. Limited to 9 students. Register $300 by Thursday June 19, 2008. Reiki and shamanism go hand in hand. When Dr. Mikao Usui received the Reiki symbols and the power and wisdom to use them while meditating many years ago on Mt Kuryama, he accessed the same power that is available to all of us. Shamans from time immemorial have interfaced the spirit world with the human and Usui can be considered to be one of the most powerful shamans the world has known. The practice of Reiki opens the intuition and thins the illusionary veils between spirit and matter. Within this opening lies an invitation to work directly with spirit in the healing process the way shamans and indigenous healers have done for centuries. Hands-on Reiki becomes a vital portal for the any dynamic ways of working with the Universal Life Force Energy. In this experiential weekend, Rusty Stewart, Ph.D. combines Tibetan Bon and Buddhist, Quechua, and Siberian teachings with hands-on Reiki. Through ceremony and practice, assisted by the four elements, plants, music, sacred stones, shamanic journeys and Reiki spirit guides, Rusty facilitates your opening to Shamanic Reiki. I am looking for key people who really resonate with the material that can facilitate the group when I am not present. I will be present the majority of the time.
